T-Bone Steak


Pasture-raised, Alaska Grown beef.  No corn, no soy.  Local pickup only.

For a T-bone cut 1.5 to 2 inches thick, pat dry, season generously with salt and pepper, sear it in oil in a hot cast iron skillet for about 4 minutes on each side, and place the skillet in a hot (450 degree) oven for 6-8 minutes for Medium Rare Perfection (about 120 degrees).
