Leg Steaks – Ham Steaks


Free range, Alaska Grown pork.  No corn, no soy.  Local pickup only.

Usually retaining a cross-section of bone, leg steaks are created when hams are sliced instead of remaining whole during processing. Fresh hams and fresh leg steaks must be roasted or pan-broiled before consumption, whereas many smoked and cured hams and leg steaks are ready to eat.
