All our beef is grass fed and barley finished. If you want completely grass fed please contact us directly as the supplies are limited. A half animal hanging weight ranges from 200-400 lbs.
Price is $13.50/lb based on hanging weight *, cut, wrapped, and delivered.
*Quick definition: hanging weight is the weight of the bison’s carcass after initial slaughter and processing. It’s the weight of the carcass after the hide, head and some organs have been removed. The actual meat you will receive is typically 60% +/- of the hanging weight.
