2” steaks: Pasture-raised, Alaska Grown beef.  No corn, no soy.  Local pickup only.

$25.50 per pound: Due to varied product package weights, products are sold by the nearest quarter pound. Please note, you may receive a package slightly heavier or lighter than requested.

How to use: Coming from the least-used muscle in the animal, these boneless, lean, succulent steaks are also known as Filet Mignon, the most tender and hig part of the beef. Cook in a hot skillet for 10-13 minutes to sear in the juices for Medium Rare (145 degrees). Internal temperature continues to rise for a few minutes after removing from the heat source.
