2 lb. packages: pasture-raised, Alaska Grown beef.  No corn, no soy.  Local pickup only.

How to use:Traditional back ribs may be seared in hot oil first, then slow-cooked, covered, in a marinade-type sauce (braised), then finished on the grill or in the oven with an additional coating of sauce.
