$5.50 per pound: pasture-raised, Alaska Grown beef.  No corn, no soy.  Local pickup only.

How to use: To prepare kidneys, a wonderful source of B12 and omega-3 fatty acids, cut in half, remove tubes and soak in salt water for a couple hours, then cook in a stew with lots of veggies to obtain the vitamins and other nutrients, yet minimize the effect of the naturally occurring cholesterol.
